Accommodations

Our newly re-modeled lobby with its mahogany staircase and marble floors are a hint of the new era of luxury to be enjoyed in San Ignacio. We offer 24 rooms all with beautiful hillside views.  Our spacious Master Suite is our most luxurious room and features a private Jacuzzi on the balcony, overlooking the Macal River Valley.  Our Balcony Rooms and Regal Rooms are all air-conditioned, with private baths, cable TV and telephones.

Restaurant & Bar

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in our indoor/outdoor restaurant, or order room service in the privacy of your room. Awarded "RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR 1989", the Running W Steak House and Restaurant has the best steaks in Belize. A full menu of fresh tropical fruits, seafood, Mayan, and Belizean dishes are among some of our specialties.  Also, enjoy the Stork Club Bar & Grill, with regular live entertainment.

Tours

On site activities include guided or unguided tours of the Green Iguana Exhibit, the medicinal and jungle trails, or bird watching and hiking.  These are all easy and short walks within the 14-acre resort compound.

Our tour company, Cayo Gial Tours, provides experienced guides for tours to nearby archaeological sites such as Xunantunich and Cahal Pech, or the Mountain Pine Ridge area and Caracol.  We also offer trips to Tikal in Guatemala.  Other activities include hiking, horseback riding, canoeing and caving, all available in the Cayo district.  We can also make arrangements for tours to other parts of the country.
