St. Lucia Beaches

 

 Most of St. Lucia’s beaches are on the west side of the island and all are open to the public. Whether you’re looking for resort amenities, water sports or quiet seclusion, there is a beach for everyone in St. Lucia, with lush landscape, St. Lucia is fast becoming one of the most popular vacation spots in the Caribbean.

 

Pigeon Island

The Pigeon Point Beach is located adjacent to the Pigeon Island National Historic Park. Pigeon Island is connected to mainland St. Lucia by roadways, so it is easy to get here by car. Plan to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the beautiful white sand beach.

Anse Chastanet Beach

This strip of black sand beach is located in front of the hotel of the same name. The gorgeous dark sand contrasts beautifully with the clear, blue water and surrounding green hills. Snorkelers and divers enjoy this spot for the exquisite natural reefs found here. Anse Chastanet´s dive shop, restaurant, and bar are located right on the beach.

Marigot Bay

Is the perfect Caribbean locale, complete with mountain backdrop and cove. This might explain why it attracts visitors from all over the world. The waters are a dazzling bright blue and the palms sway in the cool breezes, while visitors from all over the world enjoy Margot Bay´s unique serenity.
