Trinidad & Tobago Beaches

Trinidad and Tobago both offer travelers a variety of beach experiences. You´ll find tourist locales where you can swim, sunbathe, and taste the local cuisine. If you´re the adventurous type, try surfing, diving, or hiking to a remote coast. Nature-lovers may be lucky enough to see leatherback turtles laying their eggs on a secluded beach.

Pigeon Point

On the northwestern coast of the little island of Tobago lies Pigeon Point´s sweeping beach. The beach is a favorite among the islanders for spending a day lounging on the shore under the coconut palms, and can often get crowded. For about two dollars, guests enter through an old coconut estate for fantastic opportunities to snorkle, swim, and play along the beach.

King´s Bay

Ideal for swimming in the cool waters, King´s Bay is surrounded by lush green hills, offering a visually stunning spot for enjoying the waters. The grey sands on the crescent-shaped beach beckon guests to jump into vivid waters. Beach lovers will certainly enjoy spending time at King´s Bay.

Maracas Bay

The north coast of Trinidad is home to Maracas Bay, one of the more popular beaches on the island because of its rolling waves and shaded white sands. Is not the most secluded beach in Trinidad and Tobago the combination of natural setting, personality and atmosphere available at this beach could be just what you are seeking.
